These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between pus888 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", or "the User") who registers an account with, accesses, or uses any part of the pus888 online gaming platform located at pus888.cam ("the Platform").

The Company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse registration or close any Account where eligibility criteria are not met, cannot be verified, or where registration is deemed contrary to applicable law or the Company's internal risk assessment procedures.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You undertake to update this information promptly should it change at any time during the life of your Account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pus888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — shall be your responsibility. The Company shall be entitled to act upon any instructions received from your Account login session and is not obligated to independently verify the identity of the person giving such instructions.

All deposits to your pus888 Account must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform. Accepted Malaysian payment methods currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT where enabled). This list is subject to change without prior notice at the Company's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion or payment method's own terms. The Company reserves the right to set or adjust maximum deposit limits for individual Accounts based on KYC verification status, risk assessment, or regulatory requirements.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

The following general principles apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per individual bet is MYR 250–500 (as specified per promotion). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%; certain game categories may be entirely excluded. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and any Wagering Requirement must be completed within the specified expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from bonus credit date). Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pus888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registration of more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in collusive play with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.

• Facilitating, enabling, or assisting any other person in conducting any of the above prohibited activities.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property of the Company.
